1. Hard Boiled Eggs + Fresh Fruit
If you are in a rush, this is a perfect go-to breakfast. Make hard boiled eggs the night before, and make a lot, so you have a breakfast alternative for more than one morning, or for an easy snack.
To hard boil the eggs, you can do it the old fashioned way of boiling your eggs in water, or try . Eat 2 with a sprinkle of salt plus some fresh fruit like berries or a grapefruit, and you’ve got yourself a fairly easy and filling breakfast.
2. Overnight Oats

3. Greek Yogurt + Chia Seeds + Berries
This is an easy option when you need a break from your usual go-to breakfast. This always tastes good and refreshing too.
Use a Greek yogurt that is low in sugar- we usually go with a plain flavor and then sweeten it with honey- and combine any berries with it. Top it off with ½ a tablespoon of Chia seeds to give you an extra dose of Omega-3’s that will also keep you full until your next meal.
Need a breakfast that is refreshing and easy? Yes, please! This is pretty simple: combine any of your favorite frozen fruits, a handful of spinach, a splash of orange juice, and handfuls of ice. Use a blender to combine ingredients to your desired consistency.

Yum!
6. Banana + Almond Butter
Let’s face it: some mornings we just don’t feel like doing ANYTHING in the kitchen, or, we just don’t have time to step foot in the kitchen. For those mornings, grab a banana and some almond butter. Spread almond butter onto the banana and eat. Easy-peasy!
7. Eggs Benedict Casserole
Then there are those mornings that you just want to eat something EXTRA delicious, and for that we love . It is a recipe that you make ahead the night before, and then all you need to do is throw it in the oven the next morning for 55 minutes. This is a great alternative for a lazy Sunday morning.
