Can’t Imagine Motherhood Without It

My name is Madison and I am a new mother to a precious three-week-old baby girl, Poppy. We have been using the monitor for two weeks now and I can’t imagine going through my first year of motherhood without it.
When it’s your first pregnancy, you receive crazy amounts of advice. I don’t know how many times people advised me to “sleep when the baby sleeps.” Easier said than done! I don’t think I have fully turned off my ears or mommy mind since the day we brought her into the world. Even when you are so sleep deprived and have puffy bags under your eyes, you will climb into bed and NOT sleep because you will worry about your little one. If you are anything like me, you might even quietly peek over the bassinet every ten minutes just to make sure she is okay. How does anyone sleep while the baby sleeps if you are constantly worried? As new parents, don’t we have enough to worry about? That is when the Owlet stepped up to save our sanity.
Our first day to use the Owlet, Poppy was 4 days old and went down for a nap in her crib. My husband ran into town to the grocery store while I unpacked hospital bags. It was my first solo experience with our newborn and it was so comforting I had a second set of eyes and ears to reassure me while I got some stuff done around the house. I’ve been hooked ever since!
Putting on her Owlet sock has become a part of our nightly routine. It can be worn under her footie pajamas (which is a huge plus) and Poppy doesn’t seem to mind it one bit. While I nurse her, it’s so easy to quickly switch the monitoring to the off mode so we don’t get alerts due to my body interfering with the signal. As soon as I tuck her back in again, we flip the monitoring back on through our phones.
Even though I can’t fathom leaving my baby just yet, I know that when the time comes and I need a babysitter or Poppy’s grandmothers come to watch her, setting up the Owlet on their phones will be so simple. Using clinically-proven technology, the Owlet really gives me peace of mind knowing her heart rate and oxygen levels are being tracked. I can’t recommend this product more to parents.

The Smart Sock is the first baby monitor to track your baby’s oxygen level and heart rate—good indicators of Baby's overall well-being—while they sleep. If your baby’s readings leave preset zones, you'll receive a notification that lets you know your baby really needs you. Now you can feel more confidence, more freedom, and more peace of mind knowing that Owlet is here to help.
Our all-new Smart Sock is the third of its kind and it's smarter than ever.
