My 10 Favorite Spring Maternity Clothing + GIVEAWAY!
April 21, 2016
Spring is a great time to refresh your wardrobe with a few new pieces. This is especially true when you’re expecting. Last month, I shared a few of my maternity wear essentials, to help you find ways to dress your bump, and today I’m building on that post and sharing 10 of my favorite spring maternity clothing items. (Psst…. Owlet is giving away a $100 gift card to use toward your spring maternity clothing purchase! Enter at the bottom of the post)
1. Salon Jumpsuit ($119.00)
This jumpsuit is a versatile piece that you can dress up for a wedding, or pair with a cardigan for the office. Plus, a jumpsuit is so comfortable, it’s kind of like you’re wearing pajamas all day. Not a bad feeling when you’re pregnant.
2. Skinny Ankle Jeans ($49.99)
H&M is a great place to buy quality maternity jeans for a great price. This particular pair is trendy and fun. The full belly panel will help with comfort in the later stages of your pregnancy.
3. Dress in Vintage Floral Print ($51.00)
I want to buy this dress right now, even though I’m not pregnant. The pattern is perfection, and the silhouette is so chic. It’s also another wardrobe addition that can serve multiple functions.
4. Fringe Cocoon Tee ($19.99)
You can never wear enough fringe. Never. This top is no exception. It’s light, airy and fashion-forward. Win-win-win.
5. Split Neck Shell ($49.50)
Pair this top with a great pair of maternity slacks for the office, or with your favorite scalloped shorts for the weekend. It would also look amazing with any of the other bottoms I’m featuring in this post. Just saying…
6. Denim Shorts ($29.99)
I feel like you have to have at least one good pair of shorts per pregnancy, for the days when pants are just too confining, but you still want a bit of structure around your belly. Plus, this pair’s length ensures you don’t have to shave all of your legs.
7. Short Sleeve Dress ($25.41)
This is a fabulous everyday dress option. The color is vibrant, and it highlights the baby bump without being overly confining. Pair it with sneakers and a baseball hat for running errands or a park play date.
8. Jersey Top ($9.99)
This top is under 10 dollars. Yes, you read that right. Under. Ten. Dollars. It comes in multiple colors and patterns too, so you might want to buy one of each.
9. Midi Dress with Flutter Sleeve ($43.00)
If you hadn’t noticed by my prior dress picks, ASOS is the place to find amazing maternity dresses. This particular one spoke to me because it’s that perfect shade of pink. I’m a sucker for a wonderful shade of pink.
10. Over the Belly Ankle Skinny Jean ($34.99)
How amazing are these jeans? I daresay they’re white hot. (See what I did there?) Dark denim can become rather heavy and cumbersome when you’re pregnant, so this pair is a great alternative if you still want to wear jeans but not overheat.
What maternity clothing items are you planning on snagging this season?
