Halo Bassinest Giveaway

October 2, 2016

October is SIDS Awareness Month and Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness month. We want to recognize these two important topics by shining a light on safe sleep. Halo was founded by Bill and Cathy, parents who lost their little one to SIDS and wanted to raise awareness of this tragedy. They set out to create products that promote safe sleep, including the Halo Sleep Sack and Halo Bassinest, to help parents practice safe sleep. We thought it was only appropriate to recognize and raise awareness of SIDS Awareness Month by giving away a Halo Bassinest to one lucky mom or dad! Enter to win the Halo Bassinest below!

The Smart Sock is the first baby monitor to track your baby’s oxygen level and heart rate—good indicators of Baby's overall well-being—while they sleep. If your baby’s readings leave preset zones, you'll receive a notification that lets you know your baby really needs you. Now you can feel more confidence, more freedom, and more peace of mind knowing that Owlet is here to help.

Our all-new Smart Sock is the third of its kind and it's smarter than ever.

We are having our first baby, and the Halo Bassinet is exactly what we’ve been wanting for our tiny house!! Such an amazing idea, and a great way to co-sleep! My brother stopped breathing in the middle of the night at one month old, and my parents only caught it because of co-sleeping, and were able to recessetate him! My mom knew something wasn’t right (mothers intuition)! That was 14 years ago. We would just love this for our new bundle of joy!!

Hi Kayla, I’m so sorry to hear about your son. We’ve updated the post to mention Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness as well. Thank you for pointing that out to us. We are glad to hear you are able to use Owlet with Grayson and we hope it is bringing you peace of mind!

Please edit this giveaway. It breaks my heart that you are saying it is just SIDS awareness month. It is pregnancy and infant loss awareness month. 1 in every 4 pregnancies ends in a loss. My son Matteo was just 28 days old when he passed away due to an undetected heart condition. I have purchased the Owlet for my now 5 week old baby Grayson to help catch the same potential genetic condition. Please as a mother to an angel edit the post to say October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month not just SIDS awareness month.

One of my biggest fears is losing a little one to such a tragic thing… I’ve looked into the owlet monitor and the halo bassinet.. I want to do everything in my power to keep my sweet baby girl healthy and living once she comes into this world. They both seem to be amazing products! I would be more than thrilled to receive one for my sweet baby girl
