Owlet is a CES 2016 Innovation Honoree!

WOOT! WOOT! Or should we say, HOOT! HOOT! Owlet is a CES 2016 Innovation Honoree!

In case you don’t know, the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) is held in Las Vegas each year, and showcases the newest, coolest, wildest gadgets and technology in the world.

Think 3D printing, drones, smart homes, gaming hardware, and, of course, wearable technology like the Owlet monitor. Actually there are 27 different product categories, all as crazy cool as the next.

The CES Innovation Award is given to products that have been judged on engineering and design, as well as innovation compared to similar gadgets in the industry. The panel of distinguished judges consists of independent industrial designers, independent engineers, and members of the trade media – basically, people who know their electronics and technology.

So if you’re given the CES Innovation Award, it can safely be said that your stuff is on fleek.

With the Owlet monitor just being released for public purchase and with the unveiling of a few amazing stories of how it alerted real parents when their infants stopped breathing, this award comes as no surprise to those who have followed Owlet’s journey. For a company truly dedicated to improving the lives and wellbeing of new moms and dads and keeping their babies safe, being acknowledged with this award for all of the hard work and sacrifice that went into creating the Owlet monitor is a huge pay-off.

Now the Owlet monitor will be displayed at CES 2016 from January 6-9 in Las Vegas along with several other amazing gadgets and devices. To check out more winners and other products that will be at the show, visit the CES website here.
